Öz

Personel seçimi, belirli bir iş için bir aday kümesinden en iyi adayın seçilmesi sürecidir. Başvuran adayların gelecekteki performansını tahmin etmek personel seçim sürecinin temelini oluşturur. Buna ek olarak, personel seçiminde iş gereklerini ve bu gereklerin seviyelerini belirlemek seçim kararını etkileyen diğer bir önemli faktördür. Bu bilgilerin ışığında çalışmanın amacı, Bulanık Kalite Fonksiyonu Açınımı temelinde bir personel seçim modeli önermek ve önerilen modeli bir işletmede Makine Bakım Takım Lideri seçimi için uygulamaktır
