Elevated CRP Levels in Early-Diagnosed, Unruptured Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy: A Potential for Conservative Management
Öz
This case report presents the medical management of a 34-year-old patient diagnosed with an early-stage tubal ectopic pregnancy characterized by menstrual delay, mild pelvic pain, and elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in laboratory findings, but no signs of rupture. The potential causes of elevated CRP, even in unruptured ectopic pregnancies, and its relationship to treatment approaches are discussed.
