ETİK LİDERLİK DAVRANIŞININ YÖNETİCİYE DUYULAN SADAKAT ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: GÜVENİN ARACI ROLÜ

Öz

Etik liderliğin çalışan
güveninin aracı (mediator) rolünü hesaba katarak sadakat davranışı üzerindeki
etkisini incelemeyi amaç edinen bu çalışma; Antalya ili, Serik ilçesi, Belek
bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde çalışan, 300 kişinin
oluşturduğu bir örneklem üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın yöntemi literatür
taraması ve ilişkisel analiz olarak benimsenmiştir. Çalışmada
“Algılanan Etik Liderlik Davranışının”; “Yöneticiye
Duyulan Bilişsel Güven”, “Yöneticiye Duyulan Duygusal Güven”  ve “Yöneticiye Duyulan Sadakat” üzerinde
anlamlı etkilere sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca “Bilişsel Güven” ve “Duygusal
Güven” değişkenlerinin “Etik Liderlik” 
ve “Sadakat” arasındaki ilişkide tam aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu
gözlemlenmiştir.
