DEĞERLERLE LİDERLİK ALGISININ ADALET ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ; KAMU KURUMLARINDA BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Amaç – Bu çalışmanın amacı kamu kurumundaki çalışanların değerlerle liderlik anlayışı ile liderin adalet anlayışı arasındaki etkiyi ve ilişkiyi incelemektir.
Yöntem – Nicel araştırmadan elde edilen veriler kamu kurumunda hizmet eden eğitim düzeyi önlisans ve üzeri eğitimli 251 kişiden toplandı. Analiz, model ve hipotez için değer temelli liderlik ölçeği kullanılarak yapıldı.
Bulgular – Araştırma sonuçlarını genelleştirirken, veri toplama aracını ve kamu çalışanlarından toplanan veriler sayesinde tartışma ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Ayrıca değer temelli liderliğin alt boyutları ve liderin adaleti üzerindeki etkisi, farklı tutumlara sahip olduklarını yordamaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları genellenirken veri toplama aracı ve kamu görevlilerinden toplanan veriler sayesinde tartışmaya açılabilmektedir. Bu nedenle, gelecekteki araştırmalar daha fazla veri toplama yöntemi kullanarak veri toplama kaynaklarını ve ortamını genişletebilir. Çalışmanın bulguları hem kamu kurumlarının hem de kurumsal şirketlerin yönetiminde ki liderler ile karar vericilere, liderlik yaklaşımlarını buna göre stratejik olarak ayarlama ve iş yerinde uygun şekilde teşvik etmeye yardımcı olur. Tartışma – Elde edilen bulgular teorik çerçeve ile birlikte irdelenmiş, gelecekteki araştırmacılara ve kamu kurumu ve kurumsal şirket yöneticilerine öneriler sunulmuştur. Yeni yönetim tarzlarından değer temelli liderlik, çalışana değer yükleyen, eğitimine, çalışmasına, gelişmesine öncülük edendir. Ayrıca değerlerle liderlik algısı çalışanlar üzerinde, liderin adaleti ile refah ve güvenilir ortamda idari kolaylık sağlar.

THE EFFECT OF VALUES-BASED LEADERSHIP PERCEPTION ON JUSTICE; A STUDY IN A PUBLIC FOUNDATION

Öz

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and relationship between values-based leadership and the leader's sense of justice among the employees of a public organization.
Method - The data obtained from the quantitative research were collected from 251 individuals with associate's degrees and above education level serving in a public organization. The analysis was done using the values-based leadership scale for the model and hypothesis.
Results - When generalizing the results of the research, the discussion can emerge thanks to the data collection tool and the data collected from public employees. In addition, the sub-dimensions of value-based leadership and its impact on the leader's justice predict that they have different attitudes. While generalizing the results of the research, the data collection tool and the data collected from public employees can be used for discussion. Hence, future research can expand the sources and settings of data collection by using more data collection methods. The findings of the study can help leaders and decision-makers in the management of both public organizations and corporate companies to strategically adjust their leadership approach accordingly and promote it appropriately in the workplace.
Discussion - The findings were analyzed together with the theoretical framework and recommendations were presented for future researchers and managers of public institutions and corporate companies. Values-based leadership, one of the new management techniques, is the one that imposes values on employees and leads their education, work, and development. In addition, the perception of leadership with values provides administrative convenience to employees in a welfare and reliable environment with the justice of the leader.

ЛИДЕР С ЦЕННОТЯМИ И ЕГО ВЛИЯНИЕ НА СПРАВЕДЛИВОСТЬ: НА ПРИМЕРЕ ОДНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ

Öz

Цель - Целью данного исследования является определение итогов влияния и взаимосвязь между ценностями и осмыслением основных понятий лидерства сотрудников государственного учреждения и наряду с этим осмысление лидером понятия справедливости.
Методы – Данные были получены в результате количественного исследования. Целевую группа состояло из 251 человека, младших специалистов и людьми с высшим образованием сотрудников одного государственного учреждения. Анализ был проведен с использованием шкалы лидерства, основанной на ценностях для модели и гипотезы.
Полученные результаты - При обобщении результатов исследования могут возникнуть дискуссии благодаря методу по сбору данных от государственных служащих. Кроме того, субаспекты лидерства, основанные на ценностях и его влияние на справедливость лидера, предсказывают на разные отношения между ними. Несмотря на то, что результаты исследования являются обобщенными, они могут быть открыты для обсуждения благодаря методам по сбору данных, полученного у государственных служащих. Дискуссия - Выводы были изучены наряду с теоретической основой и предложения были представлены будущим исследователям и менеджерам государственных учреждений и корпоративных компаний. Лидерство, основанное на ценностях, один из новых стилей управления, который оценивает работника и руководит его образованием, работой и развитием.
