ROMANTİK İLİŞKİ YAŞAYAN BİREYLERDE ÇOK BOYUTLU KISKANÇLIK İLE İLİŞKİLİ DEĞİŞKENLER

Öz

Bu araştırmada romantik ilişkisi olan bireylerde çok boyutlu kıskançlığın, sosyo-demografik değişkenler, ikili ilişkilerde güven ve benlik saygısı düzeyleri ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu romantik ilişki yaşayan, nişanlı ya da evli 458 birey oluşturmuştur. Katılımcılar, Çok Boyutlu Kıskançlık Ölçeği ÇBKÖ , İkili İlişkiler Güven Ölçeği İİGÖ , Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği RBSÖ ve araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formunu cevaplamıştır. Verilerin analizinde Pearson korelasyon analizi ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, bilişsel kıskançlığın eğitim düzeyi, gelir düzeyi, ikili ilişkilerde güven ve benlik saygısıyla ilişkili olduğu, duygusal kıskançlığın ilişkinin geleceğine yönelik beklenti düzeyi ve ikili ilişkilerde güven ile davranışsal kıskançlığın ise yaş, eğitim düzeyi, ilişkinin geleceğine yönelik beklenti düzeyi ve ikili ilişkilerde güvenle ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet, fiziksel görünüş değerlendirmeleri, ilişki doyumu ve görüşme sıklığı ise bilişsel, duygusal ve davranışsal kıskançlıkla ilişkili değildir. Elde edilen bulgular ilgili literatür doğrultusunda tartışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada ele alınan değişkenler kıskançlığın farklı boyutlarıyla farklı şekillerde ilişkili olduğundan bireysel/grupla psikolojik danışmalarda, evlilik veya evlilik öncesi terapilerde, terapistlerin kıskançlığı farklı boyutlarıyla ele alması sunulan hizmetin niteliğinin arttırılmasına yardımcı olabilir.
