teachers working with his/her inclusive student with regard to certain variables. The study was carried out in the city of Edirne during the 2016-2017 academic year with inclusive class teachers selected by way of random sampling method. General survey model was used in the study. A total of 148 students participated in the study. Teacher Interpersonal Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Brouwers and Tomic (2002) for which the Turkish adaptation along with the reliability and validity studies were carried out by Çapri and Kan (2006) was used in the study for data acquisition. Personal information form prepared by the researcher was used for acquiring demographic information. The self-efficacy levels of female teachers were higher in comparison with those of male teachers at the end of the study. This can be attributed to the fact that the teaching profession is better suited to women, that women are more emotional, and that women are better at communicative competence. There was no significant difference according to the age of the seniority. This can be attributed to the fact that the self-efficacy levels of teachers working in cohesion practice are generally high. The reason for not making a meaningful difference according to the age variable can be attributed to the ease of accessing information with internet today. There is no significant difference according to the variable that the managers receive support. The reason for this can be attributed to the fact that the teachers adopted the teaching profession, a sacred profession. The reason why it is not possible to see a meaningful difference according to whether or not they are satisfied with the received tuition is that the teachers take the prestige of the teaching profession as a front and engage with other individuals in the school environment.
