CITY BASE ANALYSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT IN TURKEY

Öz

Occupational accidents cause fatalities and serious health problem all over the world. Costs of psychological and economical effects of occupational accident have investigated frequently for last decade. For prevent accidents it requires to improve reports and records of accident and determine the accident characteristic relatively. In this study, occupational accidents which are at official records in Turkey were analyzed to city base. Occupational accidents statistics of 5 years 2001-2005 were investigated. It determined number of accidents and fatality in 81 cities. It was aimed to establish prior cities as work safety and labor healthy with these results. It was determined that Bilecik, Karabük, Zonguldak, Manisa, Kocaeli, Şanlıurfa, Bartın, Kırklareli, Kayseri, Kütahya are at the first ranks by accident rate and Siirt, Iğdır, Bingöl, Gümüşhane, Karaman, Bolu, Kastamonu, Şanlıurfa, Van, Kars are at the first ranks by fatality rate

TÜRKİYE’DE İŞ KAZALARININ İL BAZINDA ANALİZİ

Öz

İş kazaları tüm dünyada ciddi sağlık sorunlarına ve ölümlere sebep olmaktadır. İş kazalarının maddi ve manevi sonuçları son on yılda daha yoğun olarak incelenmeye başlanmıştır. İş kazalarının önlenebilmesi için kaza rapor ve kayıtlarının düzgün tutulması ve kaza karakteristiğinin karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya konması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de resmi kayda giren iş kazalarının ve ölüm olaylarının il bazında analizi yapılmıştır. 2001–2005 dönemini kapsayan 5 yıllık iş kazası istatistikleri incelenmiştir. 81 ildeki kaza ve ölüm oranları saptanmıştır. Bu veriler ışığında iş güvenliği ve işçi sağlığı gibi konularda öncelikle çalışılması gerekli illerin tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Kaza oranlarında Bilecik, Karabük, Zonguldak, Manisa, Kocaeli, Şanlıurfa, Bartın, Kırklareli, Kayseri ve Kütahya, ölüm oranlarında ise Siirt, Iğdır, Bingöl, Gümüşhane, Karaman, Bolu, Kastamonu, Şanlıurfa, Van ve Kars illerinin ilk sıraları aldığı tespit edilmiştir
