Abstract
In this work, "Trimester" applications which are thought for School-to-Work Transitions (MYO)
which give education in the frame of vocational and technical education and learnig, Faculities of
Technology and some Faculities of Engineering and University-Industry colloborations
importance will be emphisized. It is an undinable fact that University-Industry colloborations' have effects to vocational and technical education's quality and future of our country. It is
important that the regulation which will support the infrastructure and the system should be done
before it is too late to grow up a high quality labour force. while evaluating trimester applications
that are being used in our country, it is the former aim of a new trimester project. In new model,
while going on a reorganization in present workplaces in the perspective of quality and
productivity, bosses of the workplaces and engineers will take place in the project as Professors.
System will be revised and up-dated with a logic of school in workplace, workplace in school.
