DURKHEIM'S MORAL EDUCATION MODEL IN THE COMBATING AGAINST MOBBING
Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to assess the applicability of Emile Durkheim's Ethics Training Model in the prevention of the mobbing.
Methods: The data required for the interpretation of the research results were obtained by literature review. In particular, related to the acquisition of Durkheim's Moral Education by individuals to literature information has been included.
Results: The need for children to acquire the Moral Education Model of Durkheim is obtained as a precaution against the gesture, which is also regarded as deprivation of moral principles. The model suggests that the child must first receive moral education, especially in the habit, and then emphasizes that moral education should continue with the orientation of the teachers in the school environment. The most important protective factor in the adoption of moral education which is to be given under a certain discipline is the social support. In this way, it will increase the chances that children who behave in accordance with ethical principles in childhood will behave in accordance with the expectations of society in their working life.
