Nowadays, it is not enough to create only organization culture in modern organizations; organization workers’ adopting the culture and holding appropriate attitude, behaviour, affectivity and expectation for this culture are necessary, too. The strong bound between the workers’ work value and organization culture improves the loyalty to the organization then leads to work value transformation. In this context, this study’s aim is to investigate the effect of organization culture in 4- 5 star hotels on work value transformation. In this survey, questionaire method was used to learn the perceptions of the workers. In the process of analysis; frequency distribution, standart deviation, arithmetic mean, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient are used to analyze and evaluate the data. According to the findings, 4 -5 star hotels have high level of organization culture in terms of solidarity and socialization and this has an influence on work value transformation. It is conluded that female workers attach more importance to “appropriate work hours” while male workers to “income”. It is also found that the importance given to work value incereases as the workers’ experience increases and there is positive correlation between experience and work value transformation
