Entrepreneurship 4.0 in the Context of Industry 4.0 and Success Factors: A Model Recommendation

Öz

In this study, the factors that are effective in the successful execution of the Entrepreneurship 4.0 process and the changing business processes of new era entrepreneurs are examined. In the study conducted based on qualitative data, primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data obtained from the interviews with eight entrepreneurs and senior managers, who are among the largest companies in Turkey and operating in different sectors, were analyzed with the descriptive analysis method. In the Entrepreneurship 4.0 process, four basic categories have emerged that affect success. These; organizational structure, human resources, production, and customers. It has been seen that subject such as speed, making customized production by focusing on the customer, keeping the vitality and performance of the employees alive, and making environmentally friendly productions with open-source sharing come to the fore in the context of Entrepreneurship 4.0. It is suggested that entrepreneurs should prepare their organizations for the new working order and focus on artificial intelligence, agile organization, R&D, and integration with stakeholders in order to achieve this. Determining the factors that are effective in achieving successful results in Industry 4.0 and the Entrepreneurship 4.0 process that it reveals constitutes the original value of this study.

Endüstri 4.0 Bağlamında Girişimcilik 4.0 ve Başarı Faktörleri: Bir Model Önerisi

Öz

Bu çalışmada Girişimcilik 4.0 sürecinin başarılı bir şekilde yürütülmesinde etkili olan faktörler ve yeni dönem girişimcilerinin değişen iş süreçleri incelenmiştir. Nitel veriye dayalı olarak yürütülen çalışmada birincil veriler yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar ile toplanmıştır. Türkiye’nin en büyük şirketleri arasında yer alan ve farklı sektörde faaliyet gösteren sekiz girişimci ve üst düzey yönetici ile gerçekleşen mülakatlardan elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Girişimcilik 4.0 sürecinde başarıya etki eden dört temel kategori ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunlar; organizasyon yapısı, insan kaynağı, üretim ve müşteridir. Hız, müşteriyi odağa alarak özelleştirilmiş üretim yapmak, çalışanların zindeliğini ve performansını hep canlı tutmak, açık kaynak paylaşımlı çevre dostu üretimler yapmak gibi konuların Girişimcilik 4.0 bağlamında öne çıktığı görülmüştür. Girişimcilerin, organizasyonlarını yeni çalışma düzenine hazır hale getirmesi ve bunu sağlamak içinde, yapay zeka, çevik örgütlenme, Ar-Ge, paydaşlar ile bütünleşme konularına odaklanmaları önerilmiştir. Endüstri 4.0 ve onun ortaya çıkardığı Girişimcilik 4.0 sürecinde başarılı sonuçlar elde etmede etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi bu çalışmanın özgün değerini oluşturmaktadır.
