Öz

Kistik Nefroma sıklıkla orta yaş grubundaki kadınlarda asemptomatik, rastlantısal olarak saptanan nadir görülen benign bir neoplazidir. Olgu sunumumuzda rastlantısal saptanan renal kitle nedeni ile opere ettiğimiz 29 yaşında bir bayan hastada saptadığımız kistik nefroma olgusunu radyoloji ve patoloji görüntüleri eşliğinde sunmaktayız
