Businesses are offering services emerged as a result of certain inputs or production output. These entries are raw materials, machinery, auxiliary material, consists of the elements, such as human and the like. Each of these elements is important for businesses. Motivation can be defined as the sum of the efforts to accomplish any task. In this study, Adiyaman province of employees of companies operating in the construction sector was conducted to investigate the motivation condition. The population of the province of Adıyaman research sample constitutes the construction companies. The study was performed on 100 employees. Working on gender, age, education, working hours, job, monthly income, the situation concerning the factors affecting their motivation is researched and applied to survey the technical issues were examined by frequency analysis. In addition, according to the state administrative employee's income, individual, ANOVA analysis of the factors and other factors related to the job is done. As a result of the working of the different motivating factors are found to be affected in different ways. These are managerial, individual is classified as work-related factors and other factors.
