Öz
Son yıllarda Endüstri 4.0’ın etkisiyle birlikte tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi lojistik alanında da köklü bir dijital dönüşüm yaşanmaktadır. Bu dönüşüm, sadece teknolojik altyapıların geliştirilmesini değil, aynı zamanda bu teknolojilerin etkin şekilde kullanılmasını mümkün kılacak esnek, öğrenen ve hızlı tepki verebilen örgütsel yapıların oluşturulmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Özellikle tedarik zinciri yönetiminin karmaşıklaştığı, müşteri taleplerinin değişkenlik gösterdiği ve küresel krizlerin belirsizlik yarattığı bir ortamda, işletmelerin çevikliği rekabet avantajının sürdürülebilirliği açısından kritik bir unsur haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda, dijital teknolojilerin benimsenmesi ile örgütsel çeviklik arasında karşılıklı bir etkileşim söz konusu olmakla birlikte, örgütsel çevikliğin bu teknolojilerin firmaya entegre edilmesi sürecinde kolaylaştırıcı bir rol oynadığı görülmektedir. Lojistik 4.0 ise, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin lojistik süreçlere entegrasyonu ile şekillenen ve daha verimli, izlenebilir, otonom, uyum sağlayabilen lojistik sistemleri ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışma, dijital dönüşüm ve örgütsel çevikliğin Lojistik 4.0 yetenekleri üzerindeki etkilerini inceleyerek, dijitalleşen iş dünyasında lojistik firmalarının stratejik yönelimlerini anlamaya yönelik önemli bir katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çerçevede yürütülen çalışmada, dijital dönüşüm ve örgütsel çeviklik kavramlarının Lojistik 4.0 yeteneklerini ne ölçüde etkilediği ampirik verilerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, hem dijital dönüşümün hem de örgütsel çevikliğin Lojistik 4.0 yetenekleri üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkisinin bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, lojistik firmalarının dijitalleşme stratejilerini yalnızca teknoloji yatırımlarıyla değil, aynı zamanda çevik organizasyonel yapılarla desteklemeleri gerektiğine işaret etmektedir.

In recent years, with the impact of Industry 4.0, a fundamental digital transformation has been taking place in the logistics sector, as in all other sectors. This transformation has necessitated not only the development of technological infrastructure but also the creation of flexible, learning, and responsive organizational structures that enable the effective use of these technologies. Particularly in an environment where supply chain management has become more complex, customer demands are volatile, and global crises create uncertainty, business agility has become a critical factor in the sustainability of competitive advantage. In this context, while there is a mutual interaction between the adoption of digital technologies and organizational agility, it is seen that organizational agility plays a facilitating role in the process of integrating these technologies into the company. Logistics 4.0, on the other hand, refers to more efficient, traceable, autonomous, and adaptable logistics systems shaped by the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into logistics processes. This study aims to make a significant contribution to understanding the strategic orientations of logistics companies in the digitalizing business world by examining the effects of digital transformation and organizational agility on Logistics 4.0 capabilities. Within this framework, the study empirically analyzes the extent to which the concepts of digital transformation and organizational agility affect Logistics 4.0 capabilities. The research findings show that both digital transformation and organizational agility have a significant and positive impact on Logistics 4.0 capabilities. The results indicate that logistics companies need to support their digitalization strategies not only with technology investments but also with agile organizational structures
