The processes that France lived under the Nazi occupation between 1930-1940 years and the occupation movement which happened in 1940 affected deeply the thoughts of thinkers. German-Jew Walter Benjamin, with the beginning of Nazi movement, took refuge in France. The meeting with Georges Bataille in there; will be vital for protection of his work, The Arcades Project. The text will start with, an expression which the process of his passage from France to Spain and will continue with the analyzing of resemble thoughts over the child thought of Benjamin and Bataille. The reason of that is showing the affects of the historical processes on two nearly related people and observing the situations on their thoughts over these processes’. First of all, by taking two thinkers’ violence thought, it will analyze the war and society planes. After that, on the light of Messianic understanding and sacrifice concepts – in the face of law’s dominant and raid attitude – awakening and process-interrupting human idea, going to consider on.

BENJAMİN’DEN BATAİLLE’A YASANIN HARABELERİ

Öz

1930-1940 yılları arasında Fransa’nın Nazi işgali tehlikesi altında yaşadığı süreç ve 1940’ta meydana gelen işgal hareketi Fransa’da yaşayan düşünürlerin fikirlerini derinden etkilemiştir. Alman-Yahudisi olan Walter Benjamin Nazi hareketinin başlamasıyla Fransa’ya sığınmıştır. Burada Georges Bataille ile karşılaşması, Pasajlar isimli eserinin korunması açısından hayati bir önem taşıyacaktır. Metin Benjamin’in Fransa’dan İspanya’ya geçiş sürecinin anlatımıyla başlayıp, Benjamin ve Bataille arasındaki düşünsel benzerliklerin çocuk düşüncesi üzerinden incelenmesiyle devam edecektir. Bunun nedeni tarihsel süreçlerin yakın ilişki içindeki iki insan üzerinde nasıl etki bıraktığının görülmesi ve bu süreçlerin onların düşüncelerinde yarattığı durumların gözlemlenmesidir. İlk olarak iki düşünürün şiddet düşüncesi ele alınarak, savaş ve toplum düzleminde incelenecektir. Ardından Mesiyanik anlayış ve kurban etme kavramları ışığında – yasanın egemen ve baskın tutumu karşısında – uyanan ve süreci kesintiye uğratan insan fikri üzerinde düşünülecektir.
