Öz
Jeisnner’in lenfositik infiltrasyonu baş, boyun ve sırtta yer alan eritemli papül ve plaklarla karakterize etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir deri hastalığıdır. Erüpsiyon aylar sonra ya da birkaç yıl sonra gerileyebileceği gibi yıllarca da sürebilir. Birçok ampirik tedavi sınırlı başarı ile denenmiştir. Bu yazımızda cerrahi ile başarıyla tedavi ettiğimiz ve sonrasında nüks gelişmemiş ender lokalizasyona sahip Jeissner’in lenfositik infiltrasyonu tanılı olgumuzu sunduk
