Atların Ön Bacak Fleksor Tendolarında Akut Peritendinitislerin Termografik, Ultrasonografik ve Radyografik Tanısı

Öz

Bu çalı mada, çe itli ırklara ait beygir ve kısrakların a ır egzersiz öncesi ve sonrası peritendoda meydana gelen akut yangının termografik, ultrasonografik ve radyografik yöntemlerle kar ıla tırmalı erken tanısı ve devam eden iyile me sürecindeki de erlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmı tır. Bu amaçla, ön ekstremitelerin, fleksor tendolarından musculus flexor digitorum superficialis (MFDS) ve musculus flexor digitorum profundus (MFDP) tendolarının termografi cihazıyla a ır egzersiz öncesi, egzersizden 20 dk, 35 dk, 50 dk, 80 dk, 7. gün ve 14. gün sonraki görüntüleri alındı. Termografi ölçümlerinde, egzersiz öncesi ve egzersiz sonrasında incelenen her bölgedeki sıcaklık ortalamaları arasında anlamlı farklar gözlenmi tir (p0.05). Elde edilen verilerde termografi cihazının üstün özelliklere sahip oldu u, küçük sıcaklık de i imlerini tespit etmede bile çok duyarlı oldu u belirlenmi tir. Di er ultrasonografi gibi tanı yöntemlerine alternatif olmak yerine beraber kullanıldı ında tanıya yardımcı oldu u sonucuna varılmı tır
