The purpose of this study is to determine frequently experience risky behaviors among high school students based on student and teacher opinions. This study is a qualitative research and it is a phenomenology study. Research data was obtained from 59 teachers working in various high schools (25 female, 24 male) and 59 high-scholars (29 female and 21 male). Data was resolved using content analysis. Analyzing the data obtained from students and teachers, it has been revealed that both students and teachers have similar opinions regarding risky behaviors, and teachers consider smoking, failure in complying with school rules and malnutrition as mostly observed risky behaviors, students consider smoking, violence-fighting at school, malnutrition and skipping school as most observed risky behaviors. In accordance with this result, it is recommended to popularize psycho-education programs towards teachers and students in relation to cope with risky behaviors observed at high schools.
