Intellectual capital components make the most contribution to the business performance in terms of achieving the objectives of the enterprises. In the present day, where knowledge is of utmost importance, achieving competitive advantage depends on the knowledge of the organizations and the use of this knowledge and the development of the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions (organizational agility). Human capital and structural capital, as the most important intellectual values of the organizations, have an impact on the performance of the enterprise due to the acquisition of organizational agility.
In this study, the effects of both human capital and structural capital on operational performance and whether organizational agility has an intermediary role in this effect have been investigated. As a result of the study, it is seen that human capital and structural capital have an impact on the operational performance and organizational agility plays an intermediary role in this effect.
