Research development, high-tech information and communication goods which constitute the main parameters of the knowledg eeconomy, brand and patents created as an indicator of innovation studies, government budget allocations for education and many other similar elements are of great importance for emerging economies to over come the threshold of fragility and to create sustainable growth and development spurts.This study examines R & D expenditures, percentage of information and communication technology products export, the annual rate of increase in the number of patents and its relationship with GDP. Using the Panel Data Analysis method in the study by utilizing the Pedroni and Kao panel cointegration, Dumitrescu-Hurlin causality methods tests. In this paper it was examined the data of 2000-2015 period for Emerging economies, As a result of the analyzes, it has been observed that R & D expenditures, exported information and communication technology goods and the number of patents have a long-term cointegration relationship with economic growth and these variables have a positive effect on economic growth. It is reached that there is a one causality relation from economic growth to R&D expenditures and bidirectional causality between economic growth and information and communication technology products export.
