SOLUTİON OF THE SUPPLİER SELECTİON PROBLEM WİTH THE AHP-BASED MAIRCA METHOD

Öz

The process of identifying, evaluating and contracting with suppliers, which plays an important role in the success of any organization, causes organizations to consume enormous amounts of financial resources. In order to reduce purchasing risk, maximize the total value for the buyer, and develop long-term relationships between buyers and suppliers, companies need to give due importance to the supply chain. Since the variety of uncontrollable and unpredictable criteria in the supplier selection problem affects the evaluation and decision-making process, such problems are very complex and different approaches are used for their solution. In this study, it is aimed to choose the best supplier that provides milk and dairy products for a supermarket operating in Kelkit district of Gümüşhane province. First, the necessary literature was searched, then the purchasing manager of the enterprise was interviewed and the criteria to be used in solving the problem were selected from the relevant literature, and 5 supplier items related to milk and dairy products were determined to be evaluated. The weighting of the criteria was made with the AHP method and it was revealed that the most important criteria were product quality, solving the quality problem, packaged delivery and the amount of defect-free product. Afterwards, 5 supplier alternatives were evaluated with the MAIRCA method. As a result of the evaluation, it was determined that the best alternative supplier was A2.

TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİ PROBLEMİNİN AHP TEMELLİ MAIRCA YÖNTEMİ İLE ÇÖZÜMÜ

Öz

Herhangi bir organizasyonun başarısı için önemli rol oynayan tedarikçilerin belirlenmesi, değerlendirilmesi ve onlarla sözleşme yapılması süreci organizasyonların finansal kaynaklarını muazzam miktarda kullanmasına sebep olmaktadır. Satın alma riskini azaltmak, alıcı için toplam değeri maksimize etmek ve alıcılar ile tedarikçiler arasında uzun vadeli ilişkiler geliştirmek açısından firmaların tedarik zincirine gereken önemi vermesi gerekmektedir. Tedarikçi seçimi probleminde kontrol edilemeyen ve öngörülemeyen kriterlerin çeşitli olması değerlendirme ve karar verme sürecini etkilediğinden dolayı bu tarz problemler çok karmaşıktır ve çözümü için farklı yaklaşımlar kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Gümüşhane ilinin Kelkit ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren bir süpermarket için süt ve süt ürünlerinin tedarikini sağlayan en iyi tedarikçinin seçimi amaçlanmıştır. İlk olarak gerekli literatür taraması yapılmış, sonra işletmenin satın alma müdürü ile görüşülüp problemin çözümünde kullanılacak olan kriterler ilgili literatürden seçilmiş, süt ve süt ürünleri ile alakalı 5 tedarikçi kalemi değerlendirilmek için belirlenmiştir. Kriterlerin ağırlıklandırılması AHP yöntemi ile yapılmış ve en önemli kriterlerin ürün kalitesi, kalite sorununu çözümleme, ambalajlı teslim ile hatasız ürün miktarı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonrasında 5 tedarikçi alternatifi MAIRCA yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda en iyi alternatif tedarikçinin A2 olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
