Örgütlerde dijital dönüşüm ve yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin hızla yaygınlaşması, çalışanların iş süreçlerini nasıl yeniden kurguladığı ve hangi beceriklilik stratejilerini benimsediği konusunda yeni tartışmalar doğurmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, dijitalleşme, yapay zekâ ve iş becerikliliği kavramlarının kesişimini bibliyometrik analiz yöntemleriyle sistematik biçimde incelemektir. Bu çalışmada, araştırma verileri Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanından elde edilmiştir.

The rapid spread of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within organizations has sparked new discussions on how employees reconstruct their work processes and adopt various job crafting strategies. The aim of this study is to systematically examine the intersection of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and job crafting concepts through bibliometric analysis. Research data were obtained from the Web of Science (WoS) database. Publications were retrieved using selected keywords, and to identify relevant studies. Data from 117 studies were analyzed using bibliometric analysis through the Biblioshiny package in the RStudio environment. In this study, citation counts, keywords, and themes were analyzed to determine the primary research topics, conceptual relationships, and levels of academic impact in the literature. Through thematic cluster analysis, the research structure of the field was evaluated from a holistic perspective. The findings were visualized to reveal research trends and gaps at the intersection of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and job crafting. It was observed that journal articles constituted the majority of publications (98).The publications were mostly concentrated in behavior- and psychology-oriented journals such as Behavioral Sciences and Frontiers in Psychology. According to the WoS categories, most publications were in the field of management (37), indicating a need for further research in this area. It was determined that publications were concentrated between 2017 and 2025, with the highest number recorded in 2025. The Behavioral Sciences journal contained the highest number of related studies (5). China emerged as both the country with the highest number of citations (538) and the largest volume of publications.
