An Indıiator of Effective Management Understanding In the Quality School : Team Working

Öz

This research is conducted to determine team workings at elementary schools. It is
analyzed that at which level team workings are implemented and it is questioned that how
team workings should be in these schools. In addition, in the studies of team workings
within the boundary of Total Quality Management (TQM) it is tried to be determined
what the problems are to be faced in these schools and what needs to be done in order to
overcome these problems. The necessity of the practice of team workings which become
an inevitable element of contemporary organizations is emphasized. Having evaluated the
data of interview forms developed by researcher, the suggestion necessary to the
managers and teachers at elementary schools are given.

KALİTELİ OKULDA ETKİN YÖNETİM ANLAYIŞININ BİR GÖSTERGESİ: TAKIM ÇALIŞMALARI

Öz

Bu araştırma, ilköğretim okullarında takım çalışmalarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada takım çalışmalarının ilköğretim okullarında ne düzeyde uygulandığı incelenmiş, bu okullarda takım çalışmalarının hangi biçimde olması gerektiği sorgulanmıştır. Ayrıca, TKY bağlamında takım çalışmaları yapılırken okullarda karşılaşılan sorunların neler olduğu ve bu sorunları aşmak için neler yapılması gerektiği belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve çağdaş örgütlerin vazgeçilmez bir öğesi hâline gelen takım çalışması uygulamalarının gerekliği vurgulanmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen görüşme formu verileri değerlendirilerek ilköğretim okullarında görevli yönetici ve öğretmenlere gerekli öneriler getirilmiştir.
