This study examined the perceptions of faculty members of their universities’ counseling center. In order to investigate these perceptions, an assessment form was formed including 26 items of services provided in counseling center. Participants were to indicate if they knew the specific service was provided, and to what extent it was necessary. In addition, the title, age, gender, affiliation of the faculty members; and whether they had received any help from the center so far, the frequency of center’s utilization, and the level of need for a center were asked. Data were collected from 111 (65 females, 46 males) individuals from Boğaziçi, Başkent, Bilkent, and Middle East Technical Universities. The analyses of data showed that the utilization frequency of the center was not known, and that the consultation and follow-up services were the least known services. Participants thought that each service was necessary but the level of need decreased in career guidance and consultation services.
