Bu makalede, 1958 tarihli Cenevre Sözleşmeleri ve 1982 tarihli Birleşmiş Milletler Deniz Hukuku Sözleşmesi hükümleri çerçevesinde denizde bilimsel araştırma kavramı incelenerek farklı deniz alanlarındaki bilimsel araştırmanın yönetimi değerlendirilecektir.
