Rasyona Astaksantin İlavesinin Tatlı Su İstakozu (Astacus leptodactylus Esch., 1823)’nun Kas ve Hepatopankreasındaki Astaksantin Düzeyinin Karşılaştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada, yeme astaksantin ilavesinin kerevitlerin (Astacus leptodactylus) kas ve hepatopankreasındaki birikim düzeyleri karşılaştırıldı. Kerevitlerin bu dokulardaki astaksantin düzeyleri HPLC ile ölçüldü. Bu amaçla, % 35.78 oranında ham protein içeren bir kontrol yemi (K) hazırlandı. Kontrol yemine astaksantin ilave edilerek (150 mg kg-1 ) ikinci bir yem (D1) grubu oluşturuldu. Çalışma sonucunda, kas ve hepatopankreasdaki astaksantin düzeyinin kontrol grubuna oranla D1 grubunda istatistiksel açıdan önemli derecede daha yüksek olduğu belirlendi (sırasıyla; p<0,01, p<0,001). Ayrıca bu çalışmada her iki yemle beslenen kerevitlerin kasındaki astaksantin düzeyinin hepatopankreasdan daha yüksek olduğu tespit edildi.
