LITERATURE EDUCATION WITH A READER-ORIENTED APPROACH

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the teaching of literature as an important component of not only language education but also mainstream education on the basis of both theoretical and practical grounds, drawing upon the relationship among language, human, culture and literature. In this regard, the study seeks to highlight reception aesthetics as a theoretical perspective that has come to be a milestone, leading a paradigm shift in the teaching of literature. Moreover, traditional literature teaching will be discussed in the light of the reader-oriented approach within the scope of reception aesthetics.

OKUR ODAKLI BİR YAKLAŞIMLA YAZIN EĞİTİMİ

Öz

Bu yazıda dil, insan, kültür ve yazın bağlantılarından yola çıkarak yalnızca dil eğitiminin değil, genel eğitimin de önemli bir boyutu olan yazın eğitimi kuram ve uygulama bütünlüğü temelinde irdelenmektedir. Bu bağlamda, yazın eğitiminde bir dönüm noktası, bir paradigma değişimi oluşturan kuramsal bir bakış olarak alımlama estetiği ele alınmakta ve bu kurama dayanan okur odaklı yaklaşım ışığında geleneksel yazın eğitimi tartışılmaktadır
