OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN İLETİŞİM STİLİ, ÖĞRETMENLERİN ZORUNLU VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ALGISINI ETKİLER Mİ?

Öz

Araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin iletişim stilinin öğretmenlerin zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Veriler ortaokulda görev yapan 251 öğretmenden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Verileri toplamak için bildiren ve danışan iletişim stili ölçeği ve zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizi, sırasıyla doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve Cronbach alpha katsayısı ile kontrol edilmiştir. Hipotezlerin testi için korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda yöneticinin bildiren iletişim stilinin zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışını pozitif ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği ve danışman iletişim stilinin zorunlu vatandaşlık davranışını negatif ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
