Özel şirketlerde 7 yıl muhasebeci olarak, 10 yıl boyunca muhasebe hizmetleri, muhasebe ve vergi danışmanlığı, uzaktan ve yüz yüze muhasebe, vergi ve diğer iş alanlarında kurslar sunan bir şirketin (UAB Docinta) sahibi olarak çalıştı. 2016-2018 yıllarında vergilendirme ve muhasebe alanında Ulusal İş Danışmanları Ağı'na dahil edildi. 2015 yılından bu yana eğitmen olarak temel konuları finansal muhasebe, uluslararası muhasebe, yönetim muhasebesi, kamu sektörü muhasebesi, girişimcilik eğitimi, muhasebede bilgi teknolojisi, uluslararası ticarette vergi politikasıdır. 2020 yılında "Tarımda Aile Çiftlikleri ve Devletin Çıkarlarını Birleştiren Vergi Sisteminin Optimizasyonu" başlıklı doktora tezini savundu; 2021 yılında Litvanya Bilim Akademisi Beşeri ve Sosyal Bilimler Bölümü yarışmasının kazananı oldu. 2022 yılında, Avrupa Komisyonu'na tavsiyeler, görüşler ve öneriler sunarak uluslararası muhasebe standartlarının Litvanca'ya çevrilmesinin gözden geçirilmesi konusunda Maliye Bakanlığı çalışma grubunda uzman olarak yer aldı. 2023'ten itibaren Vytautas Magnus Üniversitesi'nde MBA "Gümrük Süreç Yönetimi" Komitesi Başkanı.

Václav Kupec studied economics and management, international studies, marketing communication, and pedagogical science. During his more than 25 years of business experience, he has been extensively involved in audit activities in the corporate sector (e.g., Czech Savings Bank) and the public sector (e.g., Supreme Audit Office). Alongside his audit activities, Václav Kupec also focuses on academia, collaborating on international projects, regular publishing, and presenting at conferences.

Dr.  Ekşi, lisans eğitimini, 1998 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi İİBF İşletme bölümünde tamamlamıştır. Aynı yıl Gaziantep Üniversitesi'nde öğretim görevlisi olarak akademik hayata başlamıştır. 2014 yılında finans alanında doçentlik ünvan ve yetkisini almıştır. 2020 yılında profesörlük kadrosuna atanan Ekşi, halen Gaziantep Ünv. İİBF İşletme bölümü muhasebe-finansman ABD başkanlığını yürütmektedir. Ağırlıklı olarak bankacılık, finansal sistem ve sürdürülebilirlik başlıklarında olmak üzere yüksek etkili dergilerde bilimsel makaleleri ve kitap/kongre/editörlük çalışmaları bulunmaktadır.

Dr. Noman Khan is a Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Sciences (Finance) from Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2016, following an MBA in 2011 and a BBA-IT (Hons) in 2008 from the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar.

My research interests span Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Sustainable Finance, Market Efficiency, Capital Markets, and interdisciplinary areas of Environmental and Health Economics. I have published 18 peer-reviewed research articles and have completed 72 peer reviews for journals, including Web of Science and Scopus indexed titles from Nature Portfolio, Emerald, and Wiley, such as Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Studies in Economics and Finance, The Finance Review, and Economics Bulletin. I have also reviewed for regional and international peer-reviewed journals, including the African Journal of Business Management (Academic Journals), Journal of Finance Letters (DergiPark), The Journal of Accounting and Finance (DergiPark), Journal of Finance and Accounting (Science PG), FinTech and Sustainable Innovation (Bonviewpress), Urban Planning and Construction (Japan Bilingual Publishing Co.), and Journal of Behavioral Economics and Policy (Japan Bilingual Publishing Co.).

In addition to peer reviewing, I currently hold 06 editorial board positions: Associate Editor (Area Editor), Muhasebe ve Finansman Dergisi (Accounting and Finance Journal); Scientific Board Member, Journal of Organizational Behavior Review; Editorial Board Member, Bulletin of Accounting and Finance Review; Editorial or Advisory Board Member, Scientific Journal of Finance and Financial Law Studies; Editorial Board Member, International Journal of Economics, Business and Politics; and Editorial Board Member, Digital Management Sciences Journal (Copy Editing/Production Team, Technical Team).

I have supervised 27 MS scholars and co-supervised a Ph.D. candidate, with several students publishing their work in reputable journals.

Over the past several years, I have taught a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses such as corporate finance, investment & portfolio management, corporate governance, financial institutions & markets, financial reporting, cost and management accounting, advanced financial management, advanced techniques in data analysis, quantitative techniques, advanced project management, and seminar in project management.

Beyond research and teaching, I have contributed to university development through various administrative roles such as Deputy Head of Department (Deputy HoD) (Management Sciences), Departmental Operating Officer, Focal Person for the Center of Islamic Finance, Focal Person of National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC), and member of different academic committees.

I am passionate about fostering a research-driven academic environment and supporting students and colleagues in their scholarly pursuits.
