Öz

Every identity is consequently subjected to a regime of sameness (idem). Identity is thus a modal of belonging which includes the potentiality of being transformed into a frozen regime of stability. This model of stability is first designated by the appeal to an ontology of cohesion. Identity is directly compelled by the dialectic of selfness and otherness. Identity denotes the regime of stability for the modern notion of recognition within which interpenetration of selfness and otherness is inaugurated visà-vis reciprocity. Any reading unfolding the most essential and unyielding characteristic of politics as impassive antagonism might be discussed as having been resting on this logic of identity as sameness enframing not only belonging but also recognition. This paper asserts that the antagonistic root designating the locus of decision for politics might be substituted by undecidability. The concept who’ness introduced in this study does not connote any dispositif of sameness. Who’ness not only unconceals resistance against any kind of sameness but also inducts allagmatic of difference and becoming asa mode of inquiries irreducible to mere decision. Rather than implying a modality of sameness, who’ness denotes an irreducible mode of inquiries on becoming who. Incommensurable with notions of identity as an idea of truth or as a vein of sameness within which being has long been forgotten, who’ness is embodiment qua spiral allagmatics generated by rhizompolitics of becoming.the post-human condition. Undecidability, implying the aporetic character of who’ness and the irreducibility of politics of post-representation into Schmittean decisionism, is discussed via Jacques Derrida’s discussion on ‘politics as khōra’. Rhizompolitics, throughout the study, is interpreted as noöpolitics of becoming which not only positions heterotopologies of resistance at the center of a hyperepokhal and paracaesural revolution but also encloses allagmatic dispositions of who’ness

Öz

Her türden kimlik, nihayetinde, bir aynılık (idem) rejimine tabiidir. Kimlik, bu özelliği itibariyle, donuk bir sabitlik rejimine dönüşme potansiyelini doğası gereği haiz olan bir aidiyet modelidir. Bu sabitlik modeli, daha en başta, ontolojik bir uzlaşma sâiki ekseninde şekillenir. Kimlik, kendilik ve ötekilik diyalektiğinin doğrudan konusudur. Kimlik; kendilik ve ötekilik ilişkisinin karşılıklılık üzerinden hayata geçtiği modern tanınma tarifinin sabitlik rejimini ifade eder. Politikanın asli ve değişmez tek bileşenini kayıtsız bir antagonizma çeperine yerleştiren her türlü okuma; yalnızca aidiyeti değil tanınmayı da çerçeve içine alan bir özdeşlik olarak aynılık mantığından beslenir. Bu çalışma, politikanın karar mahallini belirleyen antagonistik kökün, kararverilemezlikle ikame edilebileceğini savunmaktadır. Çalışma boyunca tanıtılan kim’lik kavramı, herhangi bir aynılık dispozitifini ifade etmez. Kim’lik, yalnızca her türden aynılığa direnci değil, aynı zamanda fark ve oluş’un alagmatiğini de, karara indirgenemez bir soru kipinde açığa serer. Kim’lik; bir aynılık modelini değil, kim oluş’a dair indirgenemez bir soru kipini ifade eder. Kim’lik, varlığın nicedir unutulduğu bir hakikat tasavvuru ve aynılık durumu olarak kimlikle mukayese edilemeyecek biçimde, var’oluşun rizompolitiğine dair spiral bir alagmatikte tecessüm ediştir.

Kim’liğin alagmatik indirgenemezliğinden hareketle çalışma,Hegelyen tanınma tarifinde açığa çıkan modern düzen ontopolitiğinin eleştirisini sunuyor. Kim’liğin, farkın indirgenemez biricikliğini ve arası(nda)lığın alagmatik kararverilemezliğini ifade etmeye ehil bir kavram olarak ele alınmasının mümkün olduğunu tartışan çalışma boyunca; kıtasal siyaset felsefesinde öne çıkan iki ayrı fark okumasının eleştirel ontopolitiği üzerinde duruluyor. İlk olarak kim’lik, Gilbert Simondon’un bireyleşme alagmatiği ve bunun Gilles Deleuze’ün fark okuması üzerindeki etkisi bağlamında ele alınıyor. Gilles Deleuze ve Félix Guattari’nin ağaçsı temellerin ötesinde bir ilişkisellik bağlamını resmetmek üzere kullandıkları haliyle rizom, aynılık ontopolitiğinin alternatif bir eleştirisine kapı aralar. İkinci olarak çalışma, Martin Heidegger’in mevcudiyet metafiziği eleştirisi ve bunun politik ontolojide özellikle kimlik ve farklılık tartışmaları bağlamında öne çıkan yansımalarından yola çıkıyor. Mevcudiyet metafiziğinin eleştirisi; kim’liğin yorumlanması açısından ayrı bir müdahale alanı sağlıyor. Heidegger-sonrası eleştirel okumalar açısından; kimliğin aynılık vasfının muktedirsizleştirilmesi temel bir ontopolitik mesele halini almış bulunuyor. Gianni Vattimo’nun ‘nâmuktedir düşünce’kavramından hareketle geliştirdiği hermeneutik politika önermesi ile Reiner Schürmann’ın ontoloji tarifi ve Bernard Stiegler’in nâinsani durumu da kapsayan yeni organolojisi bu noktada temel alınıyor. Kim’liğin aporetik karakterinin yanı sıra, temsil sonrası politikanın Schmittçi bir kararcılığa indirgenemezliğini de ifade eden kararverilemezlik ise, Jacques Derrida’nın ‘khōra olarak politika’ tartışması üzerinden değerlendiriliyor. Çalışma boyunca rizompolitik; direniş heterotopolojilerini hiperepokhal ve paracaesural bir  devrimin merkezine yerleştiren ve kim’liğin alagmatik vasfını çevreleyen bir var’oluş noöpolitiği olarak yorumlanıyor.
