SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARININ YEŞİL ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ KONUSUNDAKİ FARKINDALIK DÜZEYLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Öz

Günümüzde küresel ölçekte yaşanan en önemli sorunlardan biri çevre kaynaklı olaylardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının yeşil örgütsel davranış konusundaki farkındalık düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini özel bir hastanede görev yapan sağlık çalışanları oluştururken, örneklemini araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü 262 çalışan oluşturmuştur. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu ve Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veri analizinde Epi Info 7 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada medeni duruma göre yeşil örgütsel davranış ölçeği alt boyutları karşılaştırıldığında, bekarların teknolojik duyarlılık alt boyutu puan ortalaması evlilere göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Çalışmada eğitim durumuna göre çevresel katılım ve ekonomik duyarlılık alt boyutları için ilköğretim mezunlarının (4,76-4,93), yeşil satın alma için ön lisans mezunlarının ortalama puanlarının (4,66) daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Gelir durumuna göre yeşil örgütsel davranış ölçeği alt boyutları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu (p<0,05), asgari ücret alan katılımcıların çevresel duyarlılık (4,82), çevresel katılım (4,62), ekonomik duyarlılık (4,69), yeşil satın alma (4,61) ve teknolojik duyarlılık (4,58) alt boyut ortalama puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda, yeşil örgütsel davranış konusunda sağlık çalışanlarının farkındalığının genel olarak düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

EVALUATION OF HEALTH WORKERS' AWARENESS OF GREEN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

Öz

Today, one of the most important problems experienced on a global scale is environmental incidents. The aim of this study is to evaluate the awareness of health workers’ about green organizational behavior. The universe of the study consisted of all employees working in a private hospital, and the sample consisted of 262 health workers who volunteered to participate in the study. Data were collected using the personal information form and the Green Organizational Behavior Scale. Epi Info 7 statistical program was used in data analysis. When the sub-dimensions of the green organizational behavior scale were compared according to marital status, the technological sensitivity sub-dimension average score of singles was found to be higher than that of married people. It was found that the mean scores of primary school graduates for the environmental participation and economic sensitivity sub-dimensions (4.76-4.93) and for associate degree graduates for green purchasing (4.66) were higher than educational status. There is a statistically significant difference between the green organizational behavior scale sub-dimensions according to income status (p<0.05), and it was found that the average scores of the sub-dimensions of environmental sensitivity (4,82), environmental participation (4.62), economic sensitivity (4.69), green purchasing (4.61), and technological sensitivity (4.58) were higher for the participants who received the minimum wage. As a result of the study, it was found that the awareness of health workers about green organizational behavior was generally low.
