ÖRGÜTSEL İLETİŞİMİN ÖRGÜTSEL SESSİZLİK ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: KIRIKKALE ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ ALAN ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel sessizlik üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019 yılında Kırıkkale Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır (örneklem çapı n=507). Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anket formu örgütsel iletişim ölçeği, örgütsel sessizlik ölçeği ve demografik özellikler bölümlerini içermektedir. Örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel sessizliğe olan etkisini belirlemek amacı ile çok değişkenli regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Değişken indirgemede keşfedici faktör analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel sessizliğe anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Keşfedici faktör analizi sonucunda belirlenen faktörlerden dikey-güvenli iletişim, yatay-nüfuz iletişim, güven-memnuniyet iletişimi, yatay-doğruluk iletişimi faktörlerinin kabullenici-korunma amaçlı sessizliğe anlamlı etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Doğru-memnuniyet iletişimi, güven-memnuniyet iletişimi, iletişimde kullanılan kanalların doğruluğu ve güven-nüfuz iletişim faktörlerinin koruma amaçlı sessizliğe anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bazı kısıtlılıkları olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında örgütlere ve örgüt çalışanlarına hem örgütsel iletişim hem de örgütsel sessizlik ile ilgili gelecekte çalışmalarda bulunacak araştırmacılara birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
