Technological, economic and political developments in the last century have paved the way for the use of seas for other purposes than their traditional use. In this context, offshore facilities have been established for purposes such as scientific research, energy, communication, and the operation of natural resources. In this study, methods for the elimination of offshore facilities that are unused or abandoned because they have completed their economic life are mentioned and cured.
