This study examines the impact of work-family life balance perceptions of academics working at Aksaray University on academic productivity. In the research conducted with the participation of 409 faculty members, the Work-Family Life Balance Scale and the Faculty Members' Academic Productivity Scale were used. Findings show that female academics' family-work harmony is higher than men, and the negative impact of work on the family varies depending on demographic variables such as age, title and marital status. In addition, it has been determined that academics with high work-family balance have higher academic motivation and productivity. These results reveal that institutional support and policies play a critical role in increasing academic productivity.
