Öz

Çalışmanın amacı Türk-Alman saldırmazlık anlaşmasının dünyadaki yankılarını karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemektir. Çalışma, Türk-Alman anlaşmasının hem diplomatik yankılarını hem de dış basındaki yankılarını kapsamaktadır. Kaynaklar Dışişleri Bakanlığı Türk Diplomatik Arşivi’nden ve “Bibliothèque nationale de France” kütüphanesinden temin edilmiştir. Çalışmada 16 devletin diplomatik yazışmaları ile farklı devletlere ait 50’den fazla gazete incelenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucu tespit edilen en önemli bulgu; anlaşmanın hem diplomatik çevrelerde hem de dünya kamuoyunda büyük bir ilgiyle karşılanmış olduğudur.

Foreign Effects of the Turkish-German Non-Aggression Treaty of 1941

Öz

The aim of the study is to comparatively examine the repercussions of the Turkish-German non-aggression agreement in the world. The study covers both the diplomatic repercussions and the repercussions in the foreign press of the Turkish-German treaty. The sources were obtained from the Turkish Diplomatic Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the “Bibliothèque nationale de France” library. In the study, diplomatic correspondence of 16 states and more than 50 newspapers belonging to different states were examined. The most important finding of the investigations was that the treaty was met with great interest both in diplomacy and in world public opinion.
