Finansal Olmayan Bir İş Ödülü Türü Olarak Kabul Görme Memnuniyet Algısının İşgörenlerin İş Doyumu ve İşten Ayrılma Eğilimine Etkisi

Öz

Araştırma, finansal olmayan bir iş ödülü türü olarak
kabul görme memnuniyet algısı ile iş doyumu ve işten ayrılma eğilimi arasındaki
ilişkiyi ele almaktadır. Veriler, Konya Sanayi Bölgesi'nde farklı sektörlerde
faaliyet gösteren, içlerinde Türkiye'nin ilk beşyüz ve ikinci beşyüz büyük
sanayi kuruluşu da bulunan ondokuz ayrı işletmenin çalışanları üzerinde yapılan
bir anket çalışmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve
regresyon analizi sonuçları, kabul görme memnuniyet algısının, iş doyumu ile
anlamlı ve pozitif, işten ayrılma eğilimi ile anlamlı ve negatif yönde ilişkili
olduğunu göstermiştir

As A Kind of Non-Financial Job Reward The Effect of Perception of Satisfaction with Recognition on Employees’ Job Satisfaction And Turnover Intention

Öz










Recognition is the perception of employees that their achievements are
appreciated by their managers. As a kind of non-financial job rewards,
satisfaction with recognition is an important motivating factor which directed
employees to the organizational goals. The present study focuses on the
relationship between satisfaction with recognition and job satisfaction and
turnover intention. The data were collected through a questionnaire returned by
the employees in nineteen seperate companies operating in different sectors in
Konya Industrial Area, including the first five hundred and the second five
hundred largest industrial establishments in Turkey. The results of factor
analyzes, correlations and regression analyses indicated that the perception of
satisfaction with recognition is significantly and positively related to job
satisfaction and sginficantly and negatively related to turnove intention.
