Investigation of Psychological Needs And Job Satisfaction of Academicians Are Working In Universities In Terms of Some Variables: Kayseri Sample
Abstract
The purpose of this research the investigation of psychological needs and job satisfaction of academicians are working in universities in terms of gender, marital status, seniority and type of working institution. Descriptive survey model is used for this study. this research includes 330 participants (175 female and 155 male) who are working public and private universities in kayseri during 2013-2014 education period. To collect the research data the personal information form, the psychological needs scale and job satisfaction scale are implemented. Independent sample t test and F test are used for analysis the research data. The results depict that the level of psychological needs and job satisfaction of academicans differentiate significantly in terms of different variables. Suggestions are made basing on the results of the research
