In the study, which aims to investigate the knowledge levels of dentistry students about implant applications, which are thought to have an important place in the future of modern dentistry due to their increasing preference among doctors and patients day by day, a survey consisting of questions about the daily skills that the participants need to master, as well as questions about how to be knowledgeable and innovative doctors, was conducted. The survey study consists of 20 questions using a five-point Likert scale in addition to demographic information such as age and gender. The value of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant. When the answers given to the questions were examined in terms of total scores, the question with the highest score was the question regarding the importance of detailed postoperative information and regular patient follow-up, while the question with the lowest score was the question indicating that advanced implant surgery could be performed after undergraduate education. When the genders were compared in terms of total scores; although the total number of answers given by women to the questions was higher than men, no statistically significant difference was found(p>0.05). There was no significant difference in the correct answers given to the questions between the groups that repeated the term during the training and those that did not(p>0.05). In order to support the progress of physicians who step into professional life after graduation by following the developments and increasing their competencies required to build a successful career, it is necessary to attach more importance to the implantology course and implant programs included in the university curriculum and to integrate implant dentistry into daily practice.
