Öz

Öz:Endoskopik retrograt
kolanjiopankreatografi (ERKP), pankreas ve safra yolu hastalıklarının tanı ve
tedavisinde sıklıkla kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Güvenli bir yöntem olarak kabul
edilmesine rağmen kanama, perforasyon, pnömotoraks gibi ciddi komplikasyonlar
da görülebilmektedir. Bu yazıda biz ERKP işlemi sonrası bilateral pnömotoraks
gelişen hastamızın tedavi sürecini sunmayı amaçladık.

Bilateral Pneumothorax after Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography: a Case Report

Öz

Abstract:Endoscopic retrograde
cholangiopancreatography is a method that commonly used for diagnosis and
treatment in pancreatic and biliary tract diseases. Although it’s known as a
safe procedure; serious complications like bleeding, perforation and
pneumothorax. In this writing we aimed to present a patient with biateral
pneumothorax after ERCP.
