Öz

Serebrovasküler olay, beyinde bir bölgenin yeterince oksijenlenememesine bağlı beyin hasarı ile sonuçlanan nörolojik bir hastalıktır. Bireylerin yaşam aktivitelerinde bağımsızlıklarını etkileyen bu hastalıklar, dünyada ve ülkemizde morbidite ve mortalite nedenleri arasında ilk sıralarda yer almaktadır. Yaşamı tehdit eden serebrovasküler hastalıklarda erken tanılama, akut bakım, hasta eğitimi, hasta ve yakınlarının desteklenmesi hastalığın birey üzerindeki etkilerini azaltmada ya da kontrol etmede önemli bir yere sahiptir. Hastaların hastalık sürecini kontrol edebilmesi ve bağımsızlıklarına yeniden kavuşabilmesi için hemşirelik bakımına olan gereksinimi artıran bu tip karmaşık hastalıkların bakım sürecinde, hemşirelik model / kuramlarından destek alınması, hemşirelere klinik karar verme süreçlerinde rehberlik ederek bütüncül bakım yaklaşımını desteklemektedir. Bununla birlikte, serebrovasküler hastalık geçiren bireylere verilen nitelikli bakım hastalığın tekrarını ve oluşabilecek komplikasyonları önlemek açısında da önemlidir. Bu bağlamda, bu olgu sunumunda serebrovasküler olay geçiren ve yoğun bakım ünitesinde yatan bir hastanın Johnson Davranışsal Sistem Modeli ile yapılandırılan hemşirelik bakım planı ele alınmıştır.

Johnson Behavioral System Model: A Case Report of Cerebrovasculer Event

Öz

Cerebrovascular event is a neurological disease that results in brain damage due to inadequate oxygenation of an area in the brain. These diseases, which affect the independence of individuals in their life activities, are the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in the world and in our country. Early diagnosis, acute care, patient education, support of patients and their relatives in life-threatening cerebrovascular diseases have an important role in reducing or controlling the effects of the disease on the individual. Taking support from nursing models / theories in the care process of such complex diseases that increase the need for nursing care so that patients can control the disease process and regain their independence, supports the holistic care approach by guiding nurses in their clinical decision-making processes. However, qualified care given to individuals with cerebrovascular disease is also important in terms of preventing recurrence and possible complications. In this context, in this case report, a nursing care plan structured with the Johnson Behavioral System Model of a patient who had a cerebrovascular event and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit was discussed.
