Öz
Örgütsel düzeni oluşturmada etkisi son yıllarda yükselen bir ilgiye ulaşan güven, örgütsel başarı,
istikrarlılık ve çalışanların refahını sağlamada önemli bir faktör olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bir
örgütün hedeflerini ve amaçlarını gerçekleştirmesi ancak çalışanlarının örgüte olan
bağlılıklarıyla mümkün olmaktadır. Örgütsel bağlılığın oluşmasındaki en önemli unsur ise
çalışanları örgütlerine duydukları güvendir. Özellikle örgütsel teori ve araştırmalarda önemli rol
üstlenen güven hem çalışanlar hem de örgütler için önem taşımaktadır.
Bu çalışmada örgütsel literatürde büyük yer tutan örgütsel güven kavramı tanımlanarak, örgütsel
güven ve örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisi araştırılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle örgütsel güven
açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Arkasından örgütsel bağlılık kavramı ve boyutlarına yer verilmiştir. Son
olarak ise örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla bir özel sektör
çalışanları üzerinde yapılan saha araştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler
SPSS 15 Paket Programı ile analiz edilip sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur.
