Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı kişi-iş uyumu ile duygusal emek arasındaki ilişkide
özyeterliliğin aracı etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu amacın gerçekleştirilmesine
yönelik olarak 79 otel çalışanından anket yöntemi ile veri elde edilmiştir. Elde
edilen bu veriler SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Yapılan analizler sonucunda kişi-iş uyumunun özyeterlilik ile duygusal emek
arasındaki ilişkide tam aracı etkisinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Öz
The aim of this study is to determine the mediating effect of self-efficacy between
person job fit and emotional labor. In order to realize this aim, data were
collected from 79 hotel employees by questionnaire method. These data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. As a result of the analyzes made, it
has been found that there is fully mediating effect of person job fit on the
relationship between self-efficacy and emotional labor.
