Hemşirelerde İş Performansı, İş Doyumu Ve Yaşam Doyumu Arası İlişkilerde İş Stresinin Rolü

Öz

Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin iş stresi, iş performansı, iş doyumu ve yaşam doyumu arası ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı türdeki bu çalışmanın verileri kolay örnekleme yöntemiyle İstanbul ilinde çalışan 519 hemşireden kişisel veri toplama formu ve A İş Stresi-20 Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve doğrulayıcı yol analizi yapılmıştır. Hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 29,56 bulunmuştur. Hemşirelerin %62,4’ü bekar, %88,6’sı üniversite mezunu %46,6’sı hayatından biraz memnun olduğunu ifade etmektedir. Ayrıca iş doyumu ve iş stresi arasında ters-orta güçte ilişki, iş doyumu ve iş performansı arasında doğrusal zayıf ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. İş stresi, iş performansı, iş doyumu, yaşam doyumu ilişkisini ortaya koyan ve bir kısmı ilgili literatürde verilen dokuz farklı model oluşturulmuştur. Yol analiziyle modeller incelenmiş ve değişik düzeylerde model uyumu gösterdikleri görülmüştür. İş stresinin, iş performansı, iş doyumu ve yaşam doyumunu; iş performansının ise iş doyumunu, iş doyumunun da yaşam doyumunu etkilediği model en iyi uyumu vermiştir. İncelenen modeller farklı düzeylerde uyum gösterse de iyi uyum gösteren bir model ortaya konulmuştur. İlgili çalışmalarda iş stresi, iş performansı, iş doyumu, yaşam doyumu ilişkisini ortaya koyan modellerin hemşirelere iyi düzeyde uymadığı görülmüştür. Hemşirelerde incelene değişkenler arası ilişkilerin farklı tanımlanması gerektiği anlaşılmıştır.
