Importance of Decision Support Systems About Food Safety in Raw Milk Production

Öz

In raw milk production decision support systems for control of food safety hazards has not been developed but main points of this system are available. The decision support systems’ elements include data identification at critical points in the milk supply chain, an information management system and data exchange. Decision supports systems has been developed on the basis of these elements. In dairy sector decision support systems are significant for controlling of food safety hazards and preferred by producers. When these systems are implemented in the milk supply chain, it can be prevented unnecessary sampling and analysis. In this article it will be underlined effects of decision support system elements on food safety of raw milk.

Çiğ Süt Üretiminde Gıda Güvenliği Açısından Karar Destek Sistemlerinin Önemi

Öz

Çiğ süt üretiminde çeşitli gıda güvenlik tehlikelerinin kontrolünde karar destek sistemleri henüz geliştirilmemiştir fakat bu sistemlerin temelini oluşturan noktalar hazır durumdadır. Karar destek sistemleri elementleri süt tedarik zincirinde kritik noktalarda veri tanımlanmasını, bilgi yönetim sistemini ve veri değişimini içerir. Bu elementlerin temeline dayanarak karar destek sistemleri geliştirilmektedir. Veri tanımlanması, bilgi yönetim sistemleri ve veri değişiminin bir arada kullanılmasıyla kısa zamanda karar verebilmek mümkün olmaktadır. Karar destek sistemleri süt sektöründe gıda güvenlik tehlikelerinin kontrolünde oldukça önemlidir ve üreticiler tarafından tercih edilebilmektedir. Bu sistemler uygulandığı takdirde gereksiz yere örnek alınması ve analiz yapılması engellenebilir. Bu makale de önemli karar destek sistemleri elementlerinin çiğ sütün gıda güvenliğine etkisinden bahsedilecektir.
