Bir devlet hastanesinde gebe kadınlarda toksoplazma, rubella ve sitomegalovirüs seroprevalansının araştırılması

Öz

AMAÇ: Toksoplazma, rubella ve sitomegalovirüs konjenital infeksiyonlara neden olabilir. Bu çalışmada bir devlet hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum polikliniğine başvuran gebe kadınlarda toksoplazma, rubella, sitomegalovirüs IgM ve IgG antikorlarının varlığının araştırılması ve Türkiye’nin diğer bölgeleriyle karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır.YÖNTEMLER: Ekim 2009 ve Ekim 2012 tarihleri arasında toplam 1133 gebe toksoplazma,1292 gebe rubella ve 1043 gebe CMV seroprevalansı açısından incelenmiştir. ELİSA yöntemi kullanılarak toksoplasma IgM ve IgG, rubella IgM ve IgG, CMV IgM ve IgG seropozitiflikleri tespit edildi.BULGULAR: Toksoplazma (n=1133),rubella (n=1292) ve sitomegalovirüs (n=1043) IgM antikorları seropozitiflik yüzdeleri sırasıyla % 1.3,% 0.3 ve% 1.6 olarak, IgG antikorları seropozitiflik yüzdeleri sırasıyla % 30.3, % 95.2, % 98.6 olarak saptanmıştır.SONUÇ: Yapmış olduğumuz bu çalışmada gebe kadınlarda toksoplazma, sitomegalovirüs ve rubella seroprevalansı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmamızda saptanmış olan seropozitiflik sonuçlarının Türkiye’den yapılmış diğer çalışmalarla uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Bu verilerin literatüre katkısı olduğunu düşünmekteyiz

The investigation of toxoplasma, rubella and cytomegalovirus seroprevalancies in pregnant women in a state hospital

OBJECTIVE: Toxoplasmosis, rubella and cytomegalovirüs(CMV) may cause congenital infections. The aim of this study was to determine the investigation of IgM and IgG type antibodies against toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirüs and rubella infections among pregnant women who admitted to a state hospital department of Gynecology and Obstetrics.METHODS: Between October 2009 and October 2012,1133 pregnant women were investigated for toxoplasma,1292 pregnant women for rubella and 1043 pregnant women for CMV seroprevalances.Toxoplasma IgM and IgG, rubella IgM and IgG, CMV IgM and IgG antibodies were detected by ELİSA system.RESULTS: Seropositivites of IgM for toxoplasmosis (n=1133),rubella (n=1292)and CMV (n=1043) were found as 1.3 %,0.3 % and 1.6 % respectively.Seropositivities of IgG for toxoplasmosis,rubella and CMV were found as 30.3 %, 95.2 % and 98.6 % respectively.CONCLUSION: In our study toxoplasmosis, CMV and rubella seroprevalance were determined among pregnant women. Our results detected for seropositivity in our study are similar to those found in other regions of Turkey. We belive that our study provide constribution to the literature.
