Kırsal Emeğin Dolayımında Aracı Formlar ve Egemenlik İlişkileri: Dünya Ekonomisi’nde Hane ve Emek Tartışması

Öz

Bu çalışma geçici tarım işçiliği özelinde Hane yapılarının esnek işgücü kullandırma dinamiklerini ve örüntülerini ele almaktadır. Özellikle hanelerin gelir getirici ve risk azaltıcı planlamaları kapsamında geliştirdikleri stratejiler, Dünya Sistemi yaklaşımının sınıfsal analizi olarak somutlaştrmaya çalışıldı.
Ayni ve nakdi ücret ödeme biçimlerinin koordinasyonu ile önce çıkan haneler ucuz ve esnek işgücü arzının sosyo-politik temeli olarak ele alındı. Geçici tarım işçiliği formunda görülen aracıların haneler olarak ve haneler olarak çalışma sistemleri örneklendirildi.
Çalışma 2017-2019 yılları arasında Niğde ve çevresindeki geçici tarım işçileri, işverenler, aracılar ve kurum yetkilileri ile yapılan ikili görüşmelerden elde edilen verilere dayandırılmaktadır.
