Planlama Sürecindeki İlk Sırada Yer Alan Cerrahi Operasyonlarının İptal Nedenlerinin Analitik Ağ Süreci Yöntemi ile Analizi

Öz

Ameliyathaneler hastanenin stratejik olarak önemli birimleridir. Bu birimlerde yapılan planlamalar ile kaynakların verimli kullanılması istenilmektedir. Yapılan her bir planlamada gerçek hayatta karşılaşılan belirsiz durumlardan dolayı aksaklıklar yaşanabilmektedir. Özellikle planlama süreçlerinde yer alan ilk vakaların iptal edilmesi ya da ertelenmesi demek bütün planın bozulması ve ameliyathanenin boşta kalarak kaynakların israf olması demektir. Vaka iptalleri aynı zamanda hastaların ve personellerinde memnuniyet durumuna etki etmektedir. Bu çalışmada ilk vakaların iptal edilmesine neden olan faktörlerin analizi çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerinden analitik ağ süreci yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Analysis of the Reasons for Cancellation of Surgical Operations, Which Come First in the Planning Process, Using the Analytical Network Process Method

Öz

Operating rooms are strategically essential units of the hospital. The planning made in these units aims to use resources efficiently. In every planning made, disruptions may occur due to uncertain situations encountered in real life. In particular, canceling or postponing the first cases in the planning process means that the entire plan is disrupted, the operating room remains idle, and resources are wasted. Case cancellations also affect the satisfaction of patients and staff. In this study, the analysis of the factors that caused the cancellation of the first cases was carried out using the analytical network process method, one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods. Suggestions were made according to the results obtained.
