Introduction: Information, Motivation, Behavior Skills Model that can be used to change behaviors in health are based on three components. From these components, information enables individuals to be better informed; Motivation motivates individuals to use the information they receive to change negative risk behaviors and maintain consistent and healthy behaviors; Behavioral skills enable individuals to acquire behavioral skills without improving health by reducing negative consequences. Objective: This literature review was carried out to investigate the studies using the knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills model. Materials and Methods: The randomized controlled studies published since 2011 using a model of knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills was systematically reviewed between January 2017 and February 2017. The contents of 11 randomized controlled trials that fit the criteria as a result of the examination were examined in detail. Findings: A total of 11 studies were included in the study. Eight AIDS patients were searched. The most commonly used intervention strategies are teaching brochures for knowledge structure, motivational interview techniques for motivational structure, and teaching or role playing for behavioral skills. Significant behavior changes have been reported in post-intervention assessments in the majority of studies. In only five intervention groups, although the level of knowledge and motivation was high at a significant level, there was no behavioral change. Conclusion: This literature review shows the potential of the knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills model, which has a theoretical framework for the development of behavioral interventions. However there is a need for well-designed, randomized controlled work on the knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills model. This systematic review is thought to be a guide in planning the research to be carried out in this area.

SAĞLIKTA DAVRANIŞ DEĞİŞİKLİĞİ OLUŞTURMADA BİLGİ, MOTİVASYON, DAVRANIŞ BECERİLERİ (IMB) MODELİ

Giriş: Sağlıkta davranış değişikliği sağlamakta kullanılabilen Bilgi,
Motivasyon, Davranış Becerileri Modeli üç bileşene temellenmiştir. Bu
bileşenlerden bilgi, bireylerin daha iyi bilgilendirilmesini sağlamakta;
motivasyon, bireyleri, olumsuz risk davranışlarını değiştirme, tutarlı ve
sağlıklı davranışları sürdürmede aldıkları bilgileri kullanmaya motive etmekte;
davranış becerileri ise, bireylerin olumsuz sonuçları azaltarak sağlığı geliştirmede
davranış becerileri edinmelerini sağlamaktadır.
Amaç: Bu
literatür incelemesi
IMB modeli kullanılarak
yapılan çalışmaları incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Gereç ve
Yöntem:
IMB
modeli kullanılarak yapılan çalışmaları içeren literatür sistematik olarak
gözden geçirilmiştir. 2011 yılından bu yana yayınlanan çalışmalar Medline®,
CINAHL®, The COCHRANE Library ve Google Scholar veri tabanları kullanılarak
akat
IMB modeli ile ilgili iyi tasarlanmış, randomize kontrollü çalışmalara ihtiyaç
duyulmaktadır. Bu sistematik incelemenin, bu konuda yapılacak araştırmaların
planlanmasında yol gösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir.
