Öz

The Halabja chemical attack is considered to be one of the most hazardous Iraqi government military operation against the Kurds, as a result of this Iraqi military operation many civilian Kurds killed also civilian Kurds afraid in southern Kurdistan, as the Iraqi government conducted this operation to destroy Kurds in Iraq, meanwhile contradictory to Iraqi view this Iraqi hazardous operation reflected the Kurdish issue among the great powers administrations media particularly that of the United States of America, in this context the media and governmental association of the United State paid a key attention to demonstrate the Kurdish issue for the United States in general. As a result, this research takes into consideration in order to show the United States attitude to Halabja tragedy. This research within its writing attempts some related issue to this study such as how the United States of America governmental media show the Halabja tragedy for the U.S.A public view? How was the U.S.A congress attitude to the Iraqi military attack on civilian in Halabja?, likewise how was the U.S.A government attitude to the U.S.A media and its congress to this tragedy? How was the U.S.A government behave with the Kurdish representatives to depict the Kurdish view on the chemical policy of Iraq in the Kurdish areas? The main objective of this article is to explore the U.S.A attitude to the chemical weapons attack on Halabja and the U.S.A. government attitude to killing civilian through chemical weapons.

Öz

Halepçe kimyasal saldırısı, Irak hükümetinin Kürtlere karşı gerçekleştirdiği en tehlikeli askeri operasyonlardan biri olarak kabul edilir, bu Irak askeri operasyonu sonucunda birçok sivil Kürt öldürüldü ve Güney Kürdistan'daki sivil Kürtler de korktu, Irak hükümeti bu operasyonu Irak'taki Kürtleri yok etmek için yürüttüğünden, Irak görüşüne aykırı olarak bu tehlikeli Irak operasyonu, özellikle Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin medyası olmak üzere büyük güç yönetimleri medyası arasında Kürt sorununu yansıttı, bu bağlamda Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin medyası ve hükümet birliği, genel olarak Amerika Birleşik Devletleri için Kürt sorununu göstermeye büyük bir dikkat gösterdi. Sonuç olarak, bu araştırma, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Halepçe trajedisine karşı tutumunu göstermek için dikkate almaktadır. Bu makalenin temel amacı, ABD'nin Halepçe'ye yönelik kimyasal silah saldırısına karşı tutumunu ve ABD hükümetinin kimyasal silahlarla sivilleri öldürmeye karşı tutumunu araştırmaktır.
