Abstract

The aim of accounting program is to meet the technical staff need related to them accounting and front Office accounting of fundations by means of training qualified staff for industrial and commercial corporations and financial foundations, By having the students studying at the accounting department gain knowledge, skills and practice ağabeylities which the job requires, it is aimed to educate in this context. In this article, the students profiles were identified with the survey which was done applied on he students enrolled to the accountancy programs in the vocational schools of Süleyman Demirel University the expectations about the job during and after the education were tried to be explained put forward. MUHASEBE PROGRAMINDA EĞİTİM GÖREN ÖĞRENCİLERİN PROFİLİ VE BEKLENTİLERİ: SDÜ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Muhasebe programının amacı; sanayi ve ticaret işletmeleri ve mali kurumlar için vasıflı elemanlar yetiştirerek, kurumların muhasebe ve ön muhasebeleriyle ilgili ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılamaktır. Muhasebe programında eğitim gören öğrencilere, mesleğin gerektirdiği bilgi, beceri ve uygulama yetenekleri kazandırılarak, bu bağlamda eğitim verilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışmamızda, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi’ne bağlı Meslek Yüksek Okullarında bulunan Muhasebe programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler üzerinde yapılan anket çalışmasıyla öğrencilerin profili belirlenmiş, eğitim esnasında ve sonrasında meslek alanındaki beklentiler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. MYO okumadaki amacın bir meslek sahibi olmak ve mesleki açıdan gelişim olduğu belirlenmiştir. Almış olduğu eğitimle mesleğiyle alakalı bir işte çalışabilmeyi umut etmektedir
